Shipping Options
- Standard: Product ships via standard parcel or postal ground service. Transit time is typically three to seven days, depending on the distance from the shipping location to your delivery location.
- Expedited: Shipment transit time is two business days; day one is the day after your order is shipped. For example, a product that ships on Friday (not counting Saturday or Sunday) will arrive on Tuesday.
- Premium: Shipment time is one business day; day one is the day after your order is shipped. For example, a product that ships on Friday (not counting Saturday or Sunday) will arrive on Monday.
NOTE: Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, as noncontiguous states, require Premium Shipping and may incur increased transit time. Some products are not eligible for Express and Premium Shipping options. Products containing hazardous or regulated materials must be shipped via Standard Shipping, and very large or heavy products must be shipped via Freight Shipping (see below). You may choose the delivery option based on the delivery speed you prefer. If you order two or more products, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days due to varying availability and shipping locations. There is no extra shipping charge for split shipments.Â
Captiva Smart Toilet uses common carriers that provide insurance and tracking for most shipments. Some shipments may require a signature (at the driver’s discretion). Shipments may require a signature if they include high-value items, certain chemicals, or in cases where the package may not be delivered securely, such as a group package delivery location for apartments or condominiums.
Oversized Fragile Delivery:
Oversized Fragile Delivery (freight delivery) is required for products that are too large, heavy, or bulky for Standard (parcel) Shipping. Products that require Oversized Fragile Delivery are delivered curbside at the shipping address by scheduled appointment. The carrier will call the number on your order to schedule an estimated delivery appointment. An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery.
You will be responsible for moving the product from the curb to your desired location. The delivery driver is not responsible for moving products away from the point of curbside delivery. Visible exterior damage should be noted on the delivery receipt. Please inspect your order to be sure all products are in good condition immediately upon delivery.
Shipment transit time is typically seven to ten business days. Express Shipping is not available for these products.
Note: Heavy items requiring Oversized Fragile Delivery are not eligible for shipping to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.
