Return Policy
Requirements for Return
- Return cannot exceed 30 days from the time Captiva Smart toilet ships the product
- Products must be in new and saleable condition
- Products must be approved for return by Captiva Smart Toilet prior to sending. Any items returned without authorization will be subject to disposal and are ineligible for credit.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Product must be shipped back to the approved Captiva Smart Toilet warehouse.
